Refund Policy – IQScholars
At IQScholars, we are committed to delivering high-quality online tutoring and skill development courses. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy ensures fairness while aligning with industry standards and legal regulations.
1. General Refund Guidelines
✅ Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees and payments for completed classes are non-refundable.
✅ Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions (see below).
✅ Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Refund Policy for Regular Tutoring Classes
🟢 Full Refund:
- If a student cancels enrollment within 24 hours of payment and before attending any class.
🟡 Partial Refund (Prorated):
- If a student withdraws within the first week after attending only one or two classes. The refund will be calculated based on remaining sessions.
- If technical issues from our side prevent students from attending multiple scheduled classes.
🔴 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- More than 25% of the course/classes have been completed.
- The student fails to attend sessions without prior notice.
- Cancellation is due to personal reasons, including change of schedule or lack of interest.
- The student violates the Code of Conduct or Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses (e.g., Public Speaking Course)
Since our short-term courses (like Public Speaking, Summer Programs, Crash Courses) are affordable and time-bound, refunds are not applicable once the course begins.
However, in special cases:
✅ Before Course Start Date: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the start date.
✅ After Course Start Date: No refunds, but students may be allowed to shift to the next batch or receive class recordings.
4. Technical & Payment Errors
📌 If a payment was incorrectly deducted twice, or a transaction failure occurred but the amount was debited, students/parents should immediately contact us at admin@iqscholars.com with proof of payment.
5. Class Rescheduling Instead of Refund
Instead of refunds, we offer flexible solutions like:
🔄 Shifting to another batch for the same course.
📚 Access to recorded sessions in case of missed live classes.
6. How to Request a Refund?
1️⃣ Email us at admin@iqscholars.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]”.
2️⃣ Mention Student Name, Course Enrolled, Date of Payment, and Reason for Refund.
3️⃣ Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 working days, and you will be notified of the decision.
